Return Policy

We want to make sure that you love what you ordered, but if you don’t like the color or design or the product looks different than the picture, let us know immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are always ready to give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Returns or Exchanges are not free and t he return shipping cost will be afforded by the customer.

Return Terms and Conditions:
1. All returns must be made within 14 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted. No exceptions.

2. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. We don't pay for any return shipping.

3. We offer pre-paid return shipping label if the item that you are returning worth $50 or more and you agree to get a store credit instead of getting a refund back to your payment method. 

4. Items must be in selling condition, not worn, and folded properly in the original packaging attached with the tag. Without the tag attached to the item, we will not accept any returns/exchanges. No Exceptions.

5. Please provide the Packing Slip / Invoice inside the return box else your refund might be delayed.

6. We don't accept returns for Saree and Lehenga Choli with custom-stitched blouses. We don't except return for plus size pre order products.

7. We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please send the return or exchange back to use within 2 working days of the return approval through our Return & Exchange Portal

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We don't accept returns for Saree, Lehenga Saree, or Lehenga Choli with custom-stitched blouses. No returns or exchange on Jewelries. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy:
The refund process takes approximately 3-4 working days after we receive the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment made with Zelle and Venmo will be refunded through Zelle and Venmo.

Exchange by mail:
Please read the following exchange policy carefully.

1. The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Please submit the exchange request to our Return & Exchange Portal.

2. After submitting the exchange request, please send the item you want to return. Please follow all the instruction sent you via e-mail

3. If your exchanged product price is less than the product you have bought before then we will refund you the remaining balance back to your credit or debit card.

International returns:
We cannot offer merchandise returns/exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
